HR Manager

Main Mission
The HR Manager oversees recruitment, the integration of new talent, and payroll management while enhancing Solaris NRG's attractiveness through effective strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Define recruitment needs in collaboration with managers.
  • Write and publish job offers on appropriate platforms.
  • Search for and identify candidates through various channels (job boards, social networks, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct selection interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Track applications and communicate with candidates.
  • Contribute to the definition and improvement of the employer brand.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool.
  • Ensure onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment performance indicators.
  • Work closely with HR and operational teams.
  • Supervise payroll management in coordination with the relevant department.
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll data and compliance with legal obligations.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Work Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical, industrial sector; experience in renewable energy is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and professional networks.
  • Excellent understanding of the job market and HR trends.
  • Ability to analyze skills needs and propose appropriate strategies.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and related legal obligations.
