Procurment & Logistics Manager

Main Mission

Assist in managing solar projects, ensuring their smooth execution and compliance with objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement and logistics activities with operational needs.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supplier and logistics performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and environmental regulations related to procurement and logistics.
  • Lead and develop the procurement and logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
  • Analytical skills for cost and risk assessment.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
